Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Boston, MA)

Westbrook Union Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Boston design routes and schedules, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 159 people based in Boston. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with ridership counts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
