Summit Meadow Housing is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for waiting lists, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving waiting lists. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with waiting lists. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
