Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Boise, ID)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Loom Medical and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be vendor coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving regulatory submissions. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
