Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Boise, ID)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Birch Telecom and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Boise. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer tickets. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with customer tickets. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
