Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Boise, ID)

Fernwood Glen Health provides primary and specialty care in Boise. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 61 people based in Boise. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving clinic supplies. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
