Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Austin, TX)

Harborlight River Water Authority is a public water utility serving the Austin area. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 59 people based in Austin. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving meter reading. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with meter reading. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
