Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Austin, TX)

Northwind Loom Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Austin, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Austin. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving warranty claims. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with warranty claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
