Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Austin, TX)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Iron Construction and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be vendor coordination. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving safety records. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with safety records. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
