Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Austin, TX)

Highbridge Telecom Group builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Austin area. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 160 people based in Austin. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer tickets. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with customer tickets. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
