Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Austin, TX)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Corner Medical and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Austin. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with production lots. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
