Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Austin, TX)

We are growing our team at Bright Lakeside Freight and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be vendor coordination. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving claims. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
