Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Austin, TX)

We are growing our team at Northwind Lakeside Environmental Services and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be vendor coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service complaints. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with service complaints. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
