Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Atlanta, GA)

Amberfield Umber Health is a healthcare provider in Atlanta with clinics and support teams, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 881 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving patient scheduling. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
