Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Albuquerque, NM)

Westbrook Cedar Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Albuquerque design routes and schedules. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving accessibility audits. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with accessibility audits. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
