Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Albuquerque, NM)

Greenridge Granite Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Albuquerque. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving rent assistance. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with rent assistance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
