Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Wichita, KS)

We are growing our team at Nova Willow Medical Group and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be schedule tracking. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving complaint handling. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with complaint handling. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
