Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Wichita, KS)

Foxglove Beacon Manufacturing is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for machine downtime, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving machine downtime. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with machine downtime. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
