Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Virginia Beach, VA)

Westbrook Forge Civic Services supports public agencies in Virginia Beach with budgeting, records and programmes. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving procurement. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with procurement. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
