Stonegate Glen Energy is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for usage data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving usage data. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with usage data. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
