Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Tucson, AZ)

Rivermark Stone Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Tucson, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving event logistics. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with event logistics. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
