Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Tucson, AZ)

Clearpath Ivory Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Tucson, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 613 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer tickets. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with customer tickets. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
