Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Tucson, AZ)

Cedar Juniper Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Tucson. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving survey data. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
