Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Tucson, AZ)

Westbrook Haven Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Tucson, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving permits. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
