Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Cross Health and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be schedule tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with patient scheduling. • PMP or CAPM certification.
