Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Tucson, AZ)

Harborlight Meridian Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Tucson, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving referrals. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with referrals. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
