Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Tampa, FL)

Harborlight Orchard Freight Associates is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for proof of delivery, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 512 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with proof of delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
