Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Tampa, FL)

Harborlight Stone Arts Center Group runs a venue and education programmes in Tampa, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with event logistics. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
