Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (St. Louis, MO)

Rivermark Willow Pharma Partners is a pharmaceutical company in St. Louis producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving cleanroom operations. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with cleanroom operations. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
