Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (St. Louis, MO)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Field Housing and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be schedule tracking. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving lease compliance. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with lease compliance. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
