Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Seattle, WA)

Lumen Vale Manufacturing is a Seattle manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 155 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
