Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Seattle, WA)

We are growing our team at Redstone Iron Construction Partners and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be schedule tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with materials orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
