Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Seattle, WA)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Meadow Auto Group Partners and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be schedule tracking. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service appointments. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with service appointments. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
