Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Seattle, WA)

Ironwood Lantern Medical Group is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for production lots, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving production lots. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with production lots. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
