Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Savannah, GA)

Fernwood Maple Community Partners is a nonprofit in Savannah supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving volunteer shifts. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with volunteer shifts. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
