Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (San Jose, CA)

Rivermark Harbor Care Services provides in-home and community support in San Jose. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving caregiver training. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Jose, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
