Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (San Jose, CA)

Cedar Clear Transit Planning Group helps transport agencies around San Jose design routes and schedules, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with service alerts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
