Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (San Diego, CA)

Redstone Keystone Arts Center is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for visitor services, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving visitor services. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with visitor services. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
