Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (San Diego, CA)

Cedar Lakeside Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around San Diego. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 988 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving reviews and feedback. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with reviews and feedback. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
