Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (San Antonio, TX)

Clearpath Orchard Energy Group is an energy provider in San Antonio focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving meter readings. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with meter readings. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
