Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (San Antonio, TX)

Ironwood Fern Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around San Antonio, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 416 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving dock schedules. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with dock schedules. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
