Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Sacramento, CA)

Westbrook Amber Medical Group is a Sacramento company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving training materials. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with training materials. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
