Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Reno, NV)

Silverline Lantern Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Reno producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with clinical studies. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
