Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (remote)

Northwind Basin Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Austin, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving fare systems. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with fare systems. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
