Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (remote)

Bright Pike Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Hartford plant. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving machine downtime. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with machine downtime. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
