Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (remote)

Ironwood Junction Housing is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for lease compliance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 46 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving lease compliance. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with lease compliance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
