Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (remote)

Redstone Drift Health is a healthcare provider in Portland with clinics and support teams, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving referrals. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with referrals. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
