Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (remote)

Westbrook Medical is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for clinical evaluations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 995 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving clinical evaluations. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with clinical evaluations. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
