Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (remote)

Fernwood Bridge Environmental Services is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for recycling loads, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving recycling loads. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with recycling loads. • PMP or CAPM certification.
