Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (remote)

Westbrook Meadow Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Rochester, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving safety records. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with safety records. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
