Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (remote)

Northwind Nest Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Charleston plant. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving work orders. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Charleston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
